Class attendance tracker

The prompt

Create a Sheet attendance tracker for Grade 5, Room 12 (Ms. Okafor) with 12 students for September 2026 (the first 9 school days, Sept 8–18). Rows are students, columns are school days with P, A, L (late) or E (excused), plus totals per code and attendance rate (formulas). Highlight anyone under 85%.

Make it yours

• Change the details in the prompt to fit teachers.
• For example, change it so that it is for a high school Spanish II class with 28 students in January and the flag threshold is 92% with a column for parent-contact notes.
• Ask for edits in plain words: tone, colors, length, layout or data.
• Share the result by link or export it when you are done.
