The prompt

Create a Sheet gradebook for Algebra II Period 3 with 3 students. Use columns for student, Homework 1, Quiz 1, Homework 2, Unit 1 Test, Project, Quiz 2, and Unit 2 Test, average (formula), and letter grade (formula using a standard 10-point scale: A 90+, B 80-89, C 70-79, D 60-69, F below 60). Add class average per assignment at the bottom and fill in example scores.

Make it yours

• Change the details in the prompt to fit teachers.
• For example, change it so that it is for a 7th grade science class with 24 students and the letter grade uses a plus/minus scale where A- starts at 90 and B+ starts at 87.
• Ask for edits in plain words: tone, colors, length, layout or data.
• Share the result by link or export it when you are done.
