The prompt
Create an interactive decision tree diagram for how Tidewater Roasters, a 12-person specialty coffee company in Portland, Maine, should deploy up to $180k of expansion capital, with branches for opening a second café, launching a wholesale roasting line, or growing online subscriptions, probabilities and payoffs, expected values calculated at each node, and the best path highlighted.
Make it yours
- Change the details in the prompt to fit analysts & students.
- For example, change it so that it maps a regional hospital's choice between three MRI scheduling policies and payoffs are measured in patient-days saved instead of dollars.
- Ask for edits in plain words: tone, colors, length, layout or data.
- Share the result by link or export it when you are done.
